GeoCluster with noofreplicas=3?? Will it work? (2 replies)

I have 3 datacenters, One in Canada, one in Europe and one in US.

I need to setup a database that should be accessible from all locations at all time. The content of the DB should be same in all datacenters. All Datacenters will be inserting in the database. The setup should be fault tolerant.. So if for some reason one of the datacenter (say Canada dc) looses connectivity to other two datacenters (but is still accepting inserts from Canadian customers), other two should keep working, accepting inserts etc. And once the failed DC comes online, it should be able to catch up without issues or conflicts.

My two options are Geo-Cluster or Geo-Replication. GeoCluster is sychronous.. geo replication is asynchronous. Georeplication faces lot of issues after failure event.

My best candidate is Geocluster, especially because slow inserts due to synchronous nature is not a problem for my app. Problem is for full fault tolerance I want NOOFREPLICAS =3. I want to know if it will work.
See visual diagram of what I am trying to achieve.
