host :dll load failed. the specified module could not be found (no replies)

Hi,

I'm doing research for ndb cluster.

I have windows server 2012 r2 using the installer for mysql ndb cluster.

I have installed the phyton 3.6 and run the setup.bat, added the necessary IP and using username password but the ndb_mgmd gui did not fetch information from my mysql db node. the error is host 'IP': dll load failed. the specified module could not be found.

how to fix this?
