NDB Cluster users/passwords migration (no replies)

Hi

Whats the best way/easiest way to migrating users/passwords not grants...

from lower version(7.4.11) to higher version (7.6.29) ndb cluster mysql
and
from lower version(7.6.29) to version (7.6.29) from one ndb cluster mysql to another ndb cluster mysql.

Not grants just the users/passwords...
