Restart of MySQL NDB Datanode fails when another dataode is offline (no replies)

Hi ,

I am using mysql cluster with 2 data node and 2 mgmt node. I am testing a scenario where one datanode goes offline and is shutdown.

Now when i restart the other datanode it is stuck in phase 0 waiting in "Node Inclusion Protocol'.

I want to know if there is any way i can restart the online datanode with the other datanode in offline state.
