My company is close to purchasing MySQL Cluster product. We are a SQL Server/Windows shop and use Windows clustering where we can do do high availability by building multi-node clusters and have SQL Server failover from node 1 -> 2 -> 3 in case of a hardware issue without any loss of data.
From what I understand, and I could be wrong, MySQL Cluster can only run on a single node and then you build a cluster by replicating from one node to another. Is there a Linux clustering solution where MySQL can run in a multi-node cluster with failover storage.
Thanks,
Shahryar
