Got error 290 when reading table - NDB 7.2.10 x64 (3 replies)

Hi

I recently setup a cluster with ndb 7.2.10 with data nodes on CentOS 6.2 and sql and management nodes on CentOS 6.3.

I have a large database (approx 50GB) inserted into the table. I keep seeing the following error intermittently on the SQL nodes

"Got error 290 when reading table <table_name>"

There is no other error in the data node logs. The data nodes are up and running and there are no issues reported.

The only documentation that I could find was that this is a DMEC internal error "'Corrupt key in TC, unable to xfrm'"

Points to note
1. I have not specified the transaction coordinator type manually
2. There are only two data nodes. one nodegroup
3. There are absolutely no other errors anywhere
4. The database was mysqldumped from a previous 7.1.10 instance and imported again after the binaries were updated to 7.2.10
5. The config files are from the severalnines configurator for 7.1.10

Is it possible that the table got corrupted while importing? In which case should I dump the table, drop it and reimport it?

Any help is appreciated
