I have a 4 node MySQL Cluster running MySQL-Cluster-server-gpl-7.2.10. It contains two data nodes (running ndbd) and two management nodes. I won't go into all the configuration details yet because everything has been working fine for months.
Recently we had some power outages at our data center and the server running ndbd1 and ndbd2 got out of sync. One had more database than the other. All databases run the ndbcluster db engine so that's not the problem and that has not changed.
I made a copy of all the data and then emptied the folders on the node that doesn't seem to be up to date. I stopped all ndbd and MySQL instances and then started ndbd with --initial thinking that would solve the problem but it didn't. None of the tables from ndbd1 (which seems to be running fine) were replaced back to ndbd2
So what can I do to bring the two clusters back into sync? Must be some utility or process that I am missing.
