order by timestamp column with fractional seconds giving incorrect results ? (no replies)

hi all.

is there any known occurrence of order by giving incorrect order while using order by timestamp with precision (fractional seconds) ?

its a mystery for us still, we have added app logging to further figure this out.
i went thru the bug database but could not find any bugs.


we are using mysql cluster 7.3.4.
